Buzz on by as we learn about the "Hidden Kingdom" of insects and arachnids! You’ll be bug-eyed when you see preserved specimens of the world’s largest insect, the world's heaviest insect, the insect with the largest eyes, and more!
Learn about the butterfly and its life cycle – from egg to caterpillar to chrysalis to butterfly. Do butterflies grow? How do they smell? Do they migrate? What is "metamorphosis?" What does the Bible say about metamorphosis?

Bill and Merilee Clifton, creationists, authors, Florida Master Naturalists, and science educators will help your group learn about the wonderfully designed world all around us. The Cliftons will personally lead your group in each workshop providing a unique and fascinating perspective of God’s great design in Creation.
SCHEDULING
You have the option of scheduling a single workshop or you may schedule TWO workshops (same or different content) ON THE SAME DAY. If you schedule two workshops, participants may come to either one or both of the workshops. Registration deadline for minimum number of paying participants is usually four weeks before the scheduled activity.
Minimum number for each workshop: 40.
Maximum number for each workshop: 80.
REGISTRATION FEES
Cost per person for one workshop: $8.00 for child or adult, 5 years and up; free for 4 years and under.
Minimum charge for one workshop: If you have fewer than 40 participants, we are willing to do the workshop for a minimum fee of $320 ($8.00 x 40 = $320).
Cost per person for two workshops on the same day: $15.00 for child or adult, 5 years and up; free for 4 years and under.
Minimum charge for two workshops on the same day: $600. If you have fewer than 40 participants (for each workshop), we are willing to do two workshops for a minimum fee of $600 ($15.00 x 40 = $600).
If scheduling two workshops on the same day, have participants bring lunch. We will have a morning workshop, break for lunch, and then have an afternoon workshop.
TRAVEL EXPENSES
Science Partners' home office is in Longwood, FL, north of Orlando. If your workshop site is 25 miles away from our home base (50 miles or less round-trip), there is no mileage charge. If your site is further away, the charge is $0.55 per mile. Your group may choose to pay the mileage expense separately or add enough to your registration fee per person to cover the amount. Please contact Science Partners if your location will involve air travel or overnight stays.
