                                                  Day of the Dinosaurs

                                                  Picture

Journey back in time to the days when dinosaurs walked with man.  At the world’s largest dinosaur attraction, we will see over 150 life-sized models of dinosaurs representing more than 60 species in a lush, shaded semi-tropical setting.

We’ll spend the morning with the  dinosaurs.  We'll find out if dinosaurs are in the Bible, learn how fossils are made, and even see real fossils and a scale model of Noah's ark!  Be sure to bring your camera for some great photo opportunities!

                                                  Picture
Then, we’ll travel to a phosphate museum where we will learn how the worldwide flood affected Florida’s past by fossilizing the remains of sea and land animals and plants.  Bring along a small spade since we will spend time on a fossil dig where we will search for shark’s teeth and other small fossils to take home!

                                                  PLEASE NOTE:
The phosphate museum is closed on Mondays so this adventure needs to be scheduled on another available day of the week.
